Wellness is more than being free from illness or eating healthy, it is a dynamic process of change and growth."...A state of complete physical, mental, and emotional well-being. So if good health is the goal, what steps are you taking in order to achieve it personally? We're all equal but made uniquely.
Napiya is a wellness enthusiast by passion, her deep rooted passion came from practicing yoga and learning about holistic health versus taking medication. So what does "wellness" mean to Napiya? "Loving yourself unconditionally to the fullest extent, caring for your mind, body and soul, exercising to increase focus, make your body feel good, and release toxins, eating mostly whole foods that help nourish your body (status: work in progress, currently a backsliding vegetarian/vegan), speaking life into every situation, fostering healthy relationships, and creating a life, vibe and environment that helps you thrive." Napiya took steps toward a holistic approach to wellness after understanding food sensitivities and food triggers and that living well goes far beyond simply what you’re eating and how you’re moving your body. Living well is all of it. Some of Napiya's daily wellness activities include positive affirmations, yoga, hiking, planting, and skating, "Well-being is also individualized and I never advise anyone in the same exact way. You are unique, as will my approach to your life be."
